Allows my mother, who owns an art gallery and studio here in Williamsburg, VA, to get supplies for a great price and up to 90% off at times. The only flaw is that sometimes it may crash but that rarely happens.

I like the ability to see the weekly ad on the app, but all of the expired deals are annoying. I dont care about what Ive missed out on. Tell me what I CAN get.

I give it some stars because its convenient to pull up coupons but I absolutely HATE how Im trying to look through the promotions and 9/10 of them say DEAL EXPIRED. If its expired then delete it! I dont understand why we have to go through all these expired deals to find the few deals that are actually happening.

I gave it 4 stars because they dont have prices for any of the items on it. I still have to go to the website. Other than that, its good.

The app said my local Michaels was open until 9pm on Sundays. Imagine my surprise when I walked in at 7, only to be told they were closed!

Its easy to use, always has good deals!! I check everyday for coupons and specials!

This app only works 25% of the time. The coupon tab has been blank for weeks, just a gray screen with nothing there. Click I app support and it tells you to call customer support. If I wanted to call I would have googled the number! If youre going to do something do it well or not at all. Luckily I get someone elses coupons delivered to my mailbox or I would just shop Hobby Lobby whose app always works.

I love that Michaels is a good clean all-around store. I specially love that they dont try to get into politics or force their owners religious beliefs on me and everyone else! A great store with great values for all my crafting needs. Love the discount coupons too!

I need an app to help me find items in the store. I dont need an app to tell me the same thing I can find on the website.

Cant see the coupons! Please fix!!!

Sick of expired deals. Very annoying to find out I missed one and have to scroll through all of them in an attempt to see whats NOT expired. I hate Hobby Lobbys politics but I know what their sales are each week. It shouldnt take but one employee to keep up with what the app shows for the day.

I dont know what you did but a few months ago the coupon page started just going blank at random times. One day I opened the app to the coupon page before I went into the store and by the time I got to the checkout the page was blank. Fix it PLEASE!!!! And while youre at it, instead of your system adding EXPIRED DEAL to listings, how about have it just remove them... you know, since theyre expired and all:)

I love michaels they always have great deals. And I love the coupons I can use from the app with no problem.

I love to Color, I have been doing it over 25 years when my Daughter was little. Michaels has a Great selection of Adult coloring books and Plenty of Colored pencils and markers, I prefer the Prismacolor colored pencils, so many Beautiful colors to choose from, ♥️

Every time I want to use coupons I have to delete the app and download again!

Ive never really had any problems with this app except that at times the Coupons page wont load; it just freezes, no spinning/loading wheel or anything. I check my phone to see if the Michaels App is waiting to update but no, I just cant get coupons. Ill actually just use my regular internet on my phone, go to Michaels website and get the coupons from there. That kinda defeats the purpose of having this app...
