It must be tedious for customer service to keep entering our email; whynot attach it to our app so it can be scanned!
Will the rewards card be offered in Canada??? I think it would be a great idea.
Only compliant is sometimes its slow to load in Store especially after an upgrade
I love the app but not all products are listed. Which is a double edge sword. Its gets me in the door if I just want to look but if I need something its a stressful time trying to find it.

Good app but when you try to open your account, it doesnt work.
The app is great. Michaels is a disingenuous advertiser.
Like most business, coupons are typically not valid on sale items. Its to be expected.
Michaels has many items in their store listed as "EVERYDAY LOW PRICE". These items are not on sale, nor marked on sale, but are disqualified from cupola as if they were on sale. If its an EVERYDAY low price, its NOT A SALE ITEM. this company is deceitful and disingenuous.
It doesnt show you prices, doesnt show all available products, and you cant shop using the app. Similar to what Target did in Canada, this company underestimates the Canadian market. I recommend you stay away from it.
No special deals if you have this app only what every one else gets and there % off coupons well they excused everything of any value only Dollar items much better deals elsewhere dont WAST your TIME
The app was just ok I dont live near a Michaels so when I went by one I was excited to go shopping I purchased an item it was broke so I called customer service and they were not helpful just kept saying nothing I can do return it to the store I spent $80 and 2 hours to drive it back to the store are you kidding me. Let me mail it back and send me a non broken one how hard is that. Anyways $80 gone never shopping there again and deleting app.
I do not like this app. I cant get any coupons because I cant print from my I Pad. I do not have phone to use these things on. I used to have a card that I could bring to the store and get a discount but you guys took that away. And I dont like the store as much anymore. I could always find things for scrapbooking and card making that I wanted not so any more. I still do buy the card stock.
