Great but Coupons Page doesnt load

Ive never really had any problems with this app except that at times the Coupons page wont load; it just freezes, no spinning/loading wheel or anything. I check my phone to see if the Michaels App is waiting to update but no, I just cant get coupons. Ill actually just use my regular internet on my phone, go to Michaels website and get the coupons from there.
That kinda defeats the purpose of having this app...
