I really like this app. What I like the most is always having my coupons with me.

Apparently when they upgraded the app a few months ago, its messed up the coupon page which is what I used all the time. Removing and reinstalling doesnt fix it. Before the changes this app worked wonderfully and I never had to print paper coupons or anything. Fix it please!

You should be able to search for painting, knitting and jewelry classes and sign up. Why cant I ever find the classes????

3 times Ive tried to use a coupon in the store and it wouldnt load. Seems to bra problem every time they update. I have to restart my phone to get it to work. Store clerks could care less. It frustrates me and sends me to joanns every time.

So I tried to scan barcodes from Michaels product directly this app doesnt have any such capability nor can I look up the code for the items themselves no SKU look up or anything so this is pretty much a picture catalog without any real useful information

I enjoy just going up and down each and every aisle. Ideas just come rushing in. Im Alice and Michaels is my Wonderland.

App loads fast but on Sundays the app shows only expired deals. I moved have a problem with using coupons at checkout I like how store is broken into sections.

Love the app as I can pull up coupons quickly and look at different products, however I wish I was able to purchase products through the app. Would make it easier. Theres been many times I wanted to buy online but to much trouble to go to web page after Ive already found the item in the app. Shouldnt have to find item twice.

I love being able to get coupons and offers on my phone.

I have no idea what bug fixes this most recent update was supposed to correct b/c the Michaels app worked perfectly fine. But not after updating the app. Now the coupon button doesnt work at all and opening the weekly ad (which is now slow to open) doesnt display coupons. This update has basically rendered the app useless. Im sorry I updated it - turned out to be a big mistake. I cant use the app until the coupon bug is fixed. Please fix!

Because I shop Michaels so much, this is one of my best loved & most often used app. Im never without the latest coupons & always have the store in my pocket!

I got the app to be able to see and carry the current deals and coupons with me. Coupons work about 80% of the time. But the weekly deals ALWAYS are old and show expired. Week after week, even if I sign out or reload the app. Its really frustrating, especially as Hobby Lobbys app is always up to date. Michaels, its time to fix the app!

This app replace me having to buy the news paper every Sunday to get coupons.

Ive never been in my Local store when I had A good experience I thought when they Moved to a larger store It might change I was Wrong I buy at Michaels in Cranberry , PA They value their Customers !! Butler store has a very Negative Attitude Whoever the Manager is Your Company , Hasnt Looked at , or Cared About The People Who Buy Products Spend So Much $$ So think of what my Comments Are Telling You ! Then Correct Them V Kurtz

When the application clearly says 20% off all purchases as part of customer appreciation then employees should be able to apply it even when the app is not showing a bar code. Employees are not helpful.

Sometimes it is hard to get the coupons to come up and to find the one I need for my purchase.

Easy navigation.

As a professional artist, I shop Michaels 2-3 times/week. The app is slow... I consistently hold up the line at checkout because the coupon page wont load. Sometimes it never does and Im forced to use Safari and pull up the webpage. Its frustrating.

The app doesnt work the way I thought it would. You cant see the ad on the app. You have to go into each individual department to see what the deals are. It would be nice if the ad function worked.
