Store and app review!!

The app was just ok I dont live near a Michaels so when I went by one I was excited to go shopping I purchased an item it was broke so I called customer service and they were not helpful just kept saying nothing I can do return it to the store I spent $80 and 2 hours to drive it back to the store are you kidding me. Let me mail it back and send me a non broken one how hard is that. Anyways $80 gone never shopping there again and deleting app.
